  1. I like how the front and back covers are reflections of each other. I don't think the title is needed twice on the front cover though.

  2. Really cool front and back cover, I agree with April about the covers being reflections of each other, that is a nice touch, It fits the concept and is also a beautiful eye catching cover. Your book was looking good, I am excited to see your final product.

  4. Yup, reflection title good idea. I kind of like the white title a bit more because it has that second type of cool to it. Just my opinion, but for me the black type isn't needed, but works fine. Looking forward to the finished book!

  5. Looking good, one suggestion as far as layout goes, I'd see how it looks moving the word reflections on the back cover away from the spine, same as on the front.

  6. the reflection on the front and back is very clever. the only suggestion I would have is changing the font color to something lighter to create more contrast

  8. Pretty much as everyone else has said, it really is awesome what you did with the font and the water theme is just classic as far as reflections. Very clean, simple, and sweet.

  9. The water is looks very nice on the cover and is appropriate for what you are doing. i like that you have chosen to do the same cover front and back but playing with the font along the way. it is very simplistic.

  10. I appreciate the covers, I feel like they work fine--but I am interested in the layout and content. I do hope you worked with Ian on the interior of the book.

  11. Let me add that you have taken some gorgeous pictures over the summer, and I am proud of your growth. I did however want the opportunity for the class to see your vision in its entirely so that they could provide critical feedback before it goes to press.

We will have to trust that you have selected the strongest images possible for your book, and have thoughtfully considered its layout. I am sure if you are pleased, we will be too.
